"What I had not even imagined and would never have imagined" Abdel Faiz in Kabul on Give Your Vote
Such an experience has never come to the world and this idea is the best of all. To remove the distances among the people of the world, we need to become one act together, be optimist and realistic and experience the borderless democracy.
Last Sunday when I finished my lecture at university, I decided to go to walk along the streets and buy a bicycle because paying for the bus was becoming too expensive. I couldn't find one that was cheap so I was going home when I found a crowd of people shouting cheerfully 'vote, vote' and some of them were saying 'democracy, democracy without borders!'
I introduced myself as a student of law and I discovered that there was going to be an election in the UK in less than a week. The more that I found out about what was happening the more I was astounded. People in Britain were giving their votes to us.
This was a unique, extraordinary experience.
I wanted to let everyone know about this.
There was a big meeting planned the next day. I ran out of class to attend.
One of our distinguished MPs Sabrena addressed the hall and the media. Many journalists had come to the conference from around the world.
So, when the conference ended, I came to myself and realized that in the last two days, I was changed completely and had become another person.
Before I was thinking of buying a bicycle to facilitate my university transportation and to decrease my expenses.
Now we have another creativity in the world from our British friends. This unique idea, made me really think of democracy. This time our British friends are ready to open a new door to the world of freedom, democracy and worldwide justice and harmony.
Just after seven days, our fellow citizens, Afghans, will participate in the international election.
Such an experience has never come to the world and this idea is the best of all. To remove the distances among the people of the world, we need to become one act together, be optimist and realistic and experience the borderless democracy. What I had not even imagined and would never have imagined, came in to the action and introduced to the world by our British creative friends.
Absolutely, they are playing the best role on the way to reaching to many benefits, positive points and achievements on the way of reaching to worldwide democracy and freedom.
This is one of those good accidents which really happen extremely rarely in the life of the people, especially those like me.
I, although can’t find a proper word to thank UK people, despite that, I can just say: THANK YOU MY BRITISH FRIENDS! For your genius idea to support democracy in the international form.
And for you the readers, I have one message: we do all these things freely, voluntarily and in great hope, and what we expect you to do is to co-operate with us and do participate any where in the world you are, AFGHANS, BANGLADESHIS and people of GHANA!!!
